Monday to Friday

7:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m. without noon break

 

Fees/Charges

a. Permit Fee:

Commercial

  1. Fauna: 3% of export value.
  2. Flora: P300,000 1st 50 pcs., P2.00/pc for each additional piece.

Non-Commercial

  1. (1 – 2 pairs of pet, plants not exceeding 12 pcs) P250.00

b. Inspection Fee:

  • Commercial: P300.00
  • Non-Commercial: P150.00

 

How to Avail the Service

1 File application together with requirements Receive and forward documents to Wildlife Regulation Section (WRS) – 10 minutes Records Unit Export

  1. Duly accomplished application form.
  2. Inspection of Wildlife by the DENR within 3 days;
  3. Documents supporting the legal possession or acquisition of wildlife;
  4. Bank export declaration, if for commercial purposes
  5. Local Transport Permit, where applicable;
  6. Phytosanitary (for wild plants) / Veterinary Certificate (for wild animals)

Re-export

  1. Duly accomplished application form.
  2. Inspection of wildlife by the DENR within 3 days;
  3. CITES Import Permit issued by the DENR or other documents supporting the legal possession or acquisition of wildlife;
  4. Local Transport Permit, where applicable;
  5. Bank Export Declaration, if for commercial purposes.
  6. Phytosanitary (for wild plants) / Veterinary Certificate (for wild animals)
Evaluate Documents

If complete, proceed to Prepare of Order of Payment

If not, go back to Step 2 again.

Draft Export/Re-export Permit  – 2 hours  CITES Officer, WRS
Review, initial and endorse permit to the Chief, Wildlife Resource Division  – 1 hour  Chief, WRS
Review, initial and endorse permit to the Assistant Director’s Office  – 1 hour  Chief, Wildlife Resources Division
Review, initial and forward permit to the Director’s Office  – 1 hour  Assistant Director
 Approve/sign permit and forward signed permit to Records Unit  – 1 hour  Director
 Affix permit number, CITES and agency seals, dates of issuance and expiry  – 10 minutes  Records Unit
 Release permit to the applicant  – 10 minutes  Records Unit
