Application for Chainsaw Registration

The Certificate of Registration of a chainsaw used for legitimate purposes shall be valid for two (2) years upon issuance, renewable for the same period; provided that Certificate of Registration issued to non-commercial orchard and fruit tree farmers, and similar entities whose line of business or work are not related to wood and/or timber production, processing and trade shall be valid for a period of five (5) years upon issuance, renewable for the same period.

Certificate of Registration shall also serve as the permit to own, possess and/or use the registered chainsaw.

How to Avail the Service

  2. Stencil Serial Number of Chainsaw

  4. Detailed Specification of Chainsaw (e.g brand, model, engine capacity, etc.)
Prepare and Sign Order of Payment CENRO Focal Person/Chief FMS/Forester
 2 Pay to the Cashier the Registration Fee and Forward Copy of OR to the CENRO Focal Person Conduct verification of supporting documents and inspection of chainsaw. Chief, FMS/Forester
Prepare and Initial Certificate of Registration
Approve Certificate of Registration CENRO
Record, assign control number and  release Certificate of Registration Releasing Clerk
